Are you worried about rising energy costs? Come along to an energy event Jan 21st-27th and see if you can save on your energy bills.


Citizens Advice can help you identify if you could be paying less to heat your home.


Citizens Advice staff and volunteers will be out and about in the community during Big Energy Saving Week encouraging people to Check, Switch and Save.

Monday 21st January - Poole

Tuesday 22nd January - Blandford

Thursday 24th January - Wareham 
10am - 1pm, Not Just Sundaes*, Trinity Church, South St, Wareham BH20 4LU
*Bring your energy bill and claim a free hot drink and slice of cake

Friday 25th January - Swanage
10am - 4pm, Swanage Coop, 52 Kings Road West, Swanage, BH19 1HP

Saturday 26th January - Wareham

It's important to keep warm at home, but this can sometimes be expensive. Energy suppliers charge different prices to different customers, and being proactive means you can make sure you're not paying more than you should. Come to one of our drop-in events to find out more. We'll also have information on extra help from the government for some households. It may be helpful to bring your anual statement along with you.
